There are only two ways to be banned from PocketMatrix, one is to be immature like suddendeathmatch, and another is to ask for warez constantly. The second will likely only get your messages deleted or locked... or in the case of the PocketQuake forum, your email address and other contact information will be changed to a humorous comment, usually about your sexual preference and turtles (or other shelled or clammed animals). However, if you're annoying, then you'll likely be banned with little or no warning.
