Removing the goo

Chris, I have a question. How do you make sticky threads unsticky. Hold on a second. Why can't I create sticky threads any more? Can you please change this. At least for the muffin legacy forum. I like to be able to make an important topic sticky so it stays at the top (like bug feedback and the most current poll), but I may want to remove the stickyness at some time. Also, could you dub me the power to lock threads in my little outcove in the muffin legacy forum. That and the ability to make anouncement threads. That would all be great.
