PocketMatrix awfully slow... :-(

For the last three days, access to PM was awfully slow; I had to wait a couple of minutes for a single forum to load, often I simply got a 404.

It's no problem with my system 'cause PM is the only website affected by this; I'm losing at least 2 of 4 packets while PINGing the URL.

Does anybody else have similar problems? Otherwise I'll have to do some local research, perhaps I should contact my ISP then.

I've seen no problems at all. Have you rebooted your PC lately?

Yeah, I rebooted twice since Friday, but no luck.

One 404 and 30 seconds to load the reply dialogue, terrible.

I've had a similar problem a few months ago, but it was a misconfiguration with my LAN cards; I've to use one for DSL. This affected all web traffic, though.

Perhaps there's something wrong on the way from pocketmatrix.com to my PC, but I still don't understand why PM is the only site with problems...

It could be part of the advertisement server that PM has no control over. Maybe they're doing something funky.

do a tracert to pocketmatrix.com and see where it's slowing down...
