Ya, it needs to be atleast more discrete.

It only shows up after you modify your post AFTER someone as already posted after it, just to let everyone know that you added something or changed something after someone else already commented on your post.

I feel that if it's a change of less than 9 letters then it shouldn't add that modified line at the bottom, no matter when, because less than 9 letters different means it's just a spelling error.
