"The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

Thanks Bluetrane, the program works now and....it rocks!!!! Can't wait for an official release!!

SmokingFish, I have some questions regarding Pocket RPG Maker
- will it be compatible with the nokia series 60 phones(phones with screen of 176 x208)?

-Does the program support facesets for the characters and will there be a "Show Picture" option like in Rpgmaker 2k/2k3 that will allow us to show a picture while playing?

-In rpgmaker 2k/2k3, the maximum frames for a walking motion of a character is 3 and the size of the sprite is limited to 24 x 32. Will Pocket RPG Maker allow us to use more frames and a greater size for the sprite? Also will it be possible for us to change the default Font and insert our own?

-Can you please list the features of the program?

I like it. I like it a lot. Only problem I'm noticing is that the Maker is somewhat prone to crashes, as I've gotten a few, and the Runtime program seems to get real choppy about every 30 seconds or so.

Also, I'd like to see an option to define the player starting spot sometime, but hey, this is only the first public beta.

Edit: I also have a small feature request... You see, usually, a chipset has one tile on it that is completely filled with the transparency color, used for deleting things on the upper layer. Numbering the tiles across and down, starting at one, it's tile 19,9 (19 across, 9 down). Now, what I was thinking, is maybe when a chipset is chosen for making a new map, the maker would check that tile to see what color it is, and apply that as the color for upper layer transparency. I'm asking this because, as it is, it's somewhat difficult to perfectly match that pinkish color when using various editting programs, and also many of the chipsets that can be found online use a completely different color. Basically, it would just make things easier for the user.

Edit2: Oh, and trying to place a tile on either the right edge or bottom edge results in a crash.
