Good lord, QUIT EA and find a new job then!

I wouldn't want to employ a bunch of whiners. Brush up on your negotiation skills before you go to a job interview.

It drives me nuts when wimpy employees bitch and whine about "hours are too long" and "gee, the boss makes $xxx, xxx and here I am making 1/5th of that".

The boss is the boss because he/she was SMART and moved up, not like the wimps and whiners who sit in the same spot and complain to themselves or worse yet ANONYMOUSLY over the Internet like a true coward. BE SMART/WORK SMART and you'll be the boss.

I have three and a half words for those people: There's the door.

Mrs. EA Whiner is an idiot. I don't know what fantasy world she's living in, but her man doesn't even have the balls to speak up for himself. Sounds like a GREAT employee.

Get a job and WORK at moving up. No future at your job? Then what are you waiting for stupid, go find one where you CAN move up in life.

MLEPAGE had a good thought about "missing a deadline" to prove a point, BUT a better way would have been to voice your concerns to upper management (something which is RARELY done due to unfounded fears of termination).

ALWAYS get promises on paper UP FRONT. If you're too stupid to do that, you deserve what you get.
Anyways... my 2 cents - keep the change.
