Blitting in PocketHAL

Blitting in PocketHAL

Postby Nacho84 » Dec 29, 2007 @ 11:13pm

Hi! I'm tinkering a little bit with PocketHAL. So far I've written a couple of utility functions to load BMP files and store them in a PocketHAL Surface. Now I'd like to blit the contents of that surface into the backbuffer and I've got a couple of questions about that: Do I have to perform the blitting in software just like the Fireworks sample does? Does PocketHAL expose the 2D accelerated hardware functionality of the underlying device, should it exist?

Thanks in advance for your answers,
