Until now, the license was unclear. I unfortunately haven't had time yet to update the distribution and the web site, but it is now free for any use.
Putting PocketFrog under LGPL is also another option and I don't mind anyone doing so, as long as they clearly state that they are distributing a spin off of the original PocketFrog.
