Does GapiDraw support AlphaBlending for PocketPCs?

Although I spent singnificant time reading on GapiDraw, I just found this confusing:
This page say, that GapiDraw does support AlphaBlending for PocketPC with WindowsMobile:

On the other hand, based on this page - http://www.gapidraw.com/docs/gapidraw/3 ... -frame.htm - 'CGapiRGBASurface is only available for the Win32 platforms'.
I think therefore if RGBA - or alphablending is supported by Windows Mobile 2003 SE, and if yes, if it is comfortable to use.
