Question about GAPIDraw 3.6 samples

Question about GAPIDraw 3.6 samples

Postby sfranchi » Oct 26, 2007 @ 2:47pm

Hi,

I'm trying to run the provided samples (.i.e. Plasma) (compiled under VS2005 Pro, SP1) in a Windows CE 4.2 device (.NET 2.0 installed too) and there is allways a "This application requires a 16-bit Pocket PC or Smartphone", and off course, it is a 16 bits device (there is any other kind?)

Any ideas? I've installed the provided gx.dll in the same folder than the app.

Thanks in advance,

Sandro.

Thanks! How can I check that on my device? Stopping the debugger in the OpenDisplay code, the m_config.dwDisplayBPP fields has a "0" value, and either setting it to 16 the app did fail.

Something I forgot to say is that my device is 320x240 instead of 240x320, I don't find any issue regarding this that could produce the error, but I don't know.

Thanks,
