Unless I missed it, only the source code is supplied for FontMaker in GapiDraw 1.02.

Can anyone post a link for a compiled version, as I don't use MSVC++ for Windows development?

I tossed a compiled version of fontmaker out on the metalshard website. You can get it at www.metalshard.com/downloads/fontmaker.exe it requires MFC dlls to run but the odds are you already have those on your machine.
