GAPI getpixel

I am a beginner and I need some guidance on using GapiDraw's GetPixel.
I have created two surfaces. The first surface is the background screen with various colours and covers the entire screen. The second is a small yellow circle. What I want to do is find the pixel color of the background screen that the yellow circle is on top off.
