gapidraw in pocket pc 2002 PC emulator

well its simple.. i tried to compile my project with the lib of \ppc2002em and \tpc2002em
well both dont work..
as i try to run the program in the emulator it gives me a error "Cannot Execute Program"
that usually happens when we are using the wrong libs/dlls.. so the question is: are this the files to be used in the PC emulator or not?

My guess is that you have not been able to permanently store the GapiDraw DLL in the emulator environment.
