GAMES for the cassiopeia BE300 device!

Postby simonjacobs » Mar 28, 2002 @ 11:53pm

I'll let you know when I know a release date for SA BE-300.

I'm porting it because I saw the be300 on the casio.com website and thought it was a good idea.

Simon.

ahhhhh

Postby anayajdkfasmfda » Apr 9, 2002 @ 7:28pm

ahh, also the 166mhz MIPS 64-bit processor in the BE-300 can do 285MIPS while the 150mhz MIPS processor in the CASIO E-125 only does 205MIPS, and an overclocked one, even at 200mhz does less than 285MIPS, so hahhahaha we have the Best, also we are ganna have 4 different OS choices,
LINUX
Retarted WinCE3.0 with dumb GUI
Casio's WinCE.NET
PPC MIKES version of WinCE.NET
hahaha beat that, and amazon.com sells them for $180 brand new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, only problem is somewhat blurry screen and 15bit display, other than that we are the best

Well, at least they aren't using Palms...
Die, Palm, Die. If that offended you, then get rid of your Palm OS device.

You should probably stop posting many times too. MIPS, if done at all, Simon said it will be cut down. At this far after release, it doesn't look like there will be a MIPS port.

Yeah, thanx Sponge for pointing that out :) I noticed that Mechcommander said a similar thing in his IF review on Handango, which Si pointed out to me. Allow me to state for the record: Gang Warfare is by Synoptical, NOT Xengames. :)Thus, it makes it an off-topic post in the Xengames forum, not to mention in a BE-300 thread! But there will be an official progress update soon.. (and yes, it is coming along nicely, thanks...)

And umm...so as to qualify this post as on-topic... I think IF is great and doesn't deserve to be cut down in order to run on slower devices :) (not to mention the work required in rewriting arm-specific code...)

Yeah, maybe! Hmm, if that's how people's minds work.... maybe i should ask Carmack if they want an 'Id Software' advert featured in GW... ;)

Hell, if people believe that your Xen Games because of the Xen Games ad, why not replace every texture with "SEND $100 DOLLARS TO ME"
