I know that I have complained, both privately to Dan and on these boards, about the registration process. I own a Casio and have to get a new key if I ever have to do a complete reset.
Well, yesterday I had to perform a hard reset becuase of problems that a backup/restore wouldn't fix. I e:mailed Dan at 10:12AM and received the new key at 10:19AM. I know he can't be that quick all the time, but wow! Great service.
