I received an email this morning (Sunday) from someone at the domain blazenetme.net (mx.gwi.net) trying to purchase DEXplor. It appears you were able to create a PayPal account but did not actually initiate the payment. I am unable to reply to your emails - your mail server reports that there is no such user. In the event that you read this, please email me again and provide a valid email address. That may the problem with PayPal as well if you specified an invalid email address.
