I'll think a bit on that one. You can go into the Settings, "File Filtering...", and uncheck the ROM box. That will decrease the time it takes to open the Windows folder, because DEXplor will not be processing ROM files. The OS will not even let you Copy ROM files, so there's not much of a reason to look at them in the first place.
