I would assume that the 38xx contains a program which will send a file via Bluetooth (for example, all Pocket PCs contain a program called IrSquirt.exe which can be used to send a file via irDa). If such a program is already on your iPaq, you can simply create a custom Send To command in DEXplor to call the Bluetooth transfer program to send the file.
