I was searching for FREE development tool to develop FREE programs. I cannot afford to pay $100 for development tool.

BTW: You have an errors on web. I couldn't access manual pages.

I know it can be frustrating when all you want to do is program freewares. However, two important points:

First, there are a going to be a few levels of PPL sold. The lite version is completely FREE! The standard version is only $39.95. Not only will you be able to do freeware, but you will have the ability to sell what you make with the lite version.

Second, and just my personal opinion, just because someone only wants to make FreeWare programs, doesn't mean you won't benefit from PPL. Just like a game, there is a lot of enjoyment in programming for the programmer. Creating programs that allow you to manage life's tasks, and seeing the things you create "come to life". These are things worth paying a little for, don't you think? Someone still took a lot of time to create the developement tools you use, right?
