You may need to consider a UK webspace if you intend to sell online and are in the UK. It won't affect you if you only sell through others. But if not there is a conflict with the UK taxing by your location in the UK and all other EU and North America taxing by server location. Rule seems to be dated 2001 so I may be out of date.
