At start of playing I set 10% higher price than current herb's market price is. But I don't want to sell my service at cheap price. So, how to determine the appropriate fee for treatment in Hospital?

Depends on your reputation. if they give you extra coin as a tip, then yer undercharging. If they refuse to pay, then yer overcharging (obviously). The key is to find the middle ground. As your reputation increases, you will be able to markup the price a bit more.
