cellcore.dll

I'm linking edgelib with my project, using ppc library and testing it in a dell axim x50v and a ipaq 3630.
It works well on the x50v, but the ipaq3630 gives the very informative "cannot find one of the components" message (thanks, microsoft!)
I think the 3630 doesn't have the cellcore.dll, as the exe only contains 4 dlls and all of them are present except cellcore.dll
Should it work on 3630? I mean, edgelib supports ppc2000, not only 2002, isn't it?
