symbian resource file's problem

symbian resource file's problem

I use Carbide 1.3, and I want to put the gfx.epk file in the emulator, what should I do?

And if I want to make it in a sisx file to install, what should I do?

Hi,

You can add any resource file in the .sis package, by opening your Carbide project and manually edit the .pkg file. Click on the 'sis' folder in your project tree, and double click on the .pkg file to edit it.

Search for the following section:
; Add any installation notes if applicable

It has a commented out carbide_test.txt file. You can use that as a template for adding your own files. After building your application, it should copy the files you've added to the .pkg file with your executable. This can be run in the emulator and on the device.
