In tutorials - OpenGL (ES) implementations. There have 3 type softwares. If I use it in simulator and HTC Touch Por, I just can use "Rasteroid" or anyother i can use? I can not download Rasteroid. How can I get it? Can you mail it to me? Thank!!

Rasteroid is discontinued and not available for development. Unfortunately, the only option is to target 3D hardware when using OpenGL ES.
