Binding left and right dpad to turn left and right?

Binding left and right dpad to turn left and right?

Postby Tachion » Jun 21, 2003 @ 8:20pm

I tried editing the autoexec.cfg to do this, but +left and +right still cause me just to slide right and slide left.

Is there any way to make it so the left and right arrows make me turn left and right?

Well I finally found out the problem with this issue. For some reason when the ALT key is bound to strafe it causes the leftarrow and rightarrow to become strafe. I just removed the stafe bind to the ALT key and it works fine. There must be a bug in the port of PocketQuake. I added the following line to my autoexec.cfg file:

unbind "ALT"

Hope the helps.
