No.

It's not about power - it's about source code.

Valve Software have not released the full source code for Half-Life, and without that, the process of porting Half-Life to the PPC is VERY difficult and not worth the effort.

Yeah I supose it could be possible but it would probably cost alot to get the source code and then port it over. Also even though it is 400 mhz, its an Xscale processor, which is not as strong as a p2 or whatever the minimum requirements are for the pc. And then the graphics, they would have to be really dumbed down for pocket pc because pocket pcs don't have the 32 or 64 meg videocard that is needed to run halflife, then if you manage to get all of it down, it will not run a decent framerate still, because quake 2 is very slow almost unplayable but with quake 1 I find it very enjoyable, I wiould would be cool to have halflife on ppc, Inferno Gaming Studios hurt my feelings and crushed my hopes and dreams .

EDIT: it seems someone beat me to the post, so power is not a factor I suppose.
You don't have to Ax me, you can Ax'im. Go buy Tower Mogul at http://www.esoftinteractive.com/ppc-tm.html its a great game.

Apparently today NVidia just released a new GoForce 2d graphics accelerator, allowing mpeg4 encoding/decoding, and resolutions up to 640x480 screens (it can process pics up to 3mpixels) among other things. Anyways, they also released the AR10 core, which is a low power consuming 3d graphics core with shader instructions. That makes me excited.
