How do we select landscape mode? It says " press enter to select and escape to go back" Need to go back, so what is the 'escape' key on the ipaq?

The record button should escape.

Thanks but that does not work... I can see the landscape mode through the menu in background, seems to run pretty well... it is frustrating not to be able to play in that mode...

Dear Dan east.
I have installed pocket quake 2 on my cassiopeia em500g(overclocked to 180 mhz).1. The game starts
2. If you press the console button quick after starting the console appears and u can use the quake menu.there you can choose a new game and can start it.while loading....crash.
3.or you let it load. after 1 minute it dissapears and eventually there appears a mistake response
Z_Buffer or somthing like this with much number 2320303 or somthing.
Can you help me?

EDIT: Sorted, I have no sound with Quality=low, but have sound with Quality=High (???)

2. How can I type anything in the console? There is no keyboard, like in PQI

3. Is there a way to display FPS counter or do a benchmark?

My hardware is Dell Axim X30 624MHz.

PQ2 really isn't a playable port - it was only the initial alpha release, and that's it. PQ1 is a lot more polished.

Are you kidding? I just went through first level
Moving and shooting with keypad, looking around with touchscreen, it rocks!
But I think it doesn't save my configuration after exit.

And if someone wonders why PQ2 doesn't run, it's because installer puts files in stupid directory, you need to rename it to Quake2, then it works
