I haven't even picked up the book yet, but then again, I'm on vacation.
Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.

There's always the Bell Curve: it's very controversial, a bit lengthy (but easy reading), and it entertains a very interesting premise.

I suggest you all pick up The Wisdom of Crowds by James Surowiecki. Very enlightening, easy read, and very discussable.
