I do beleive the new Metroid is a killer title comming out for the DS soon, I personally think its going to be better than the Gamecube versions from what I've heard of it so far. With the wifi and emphasis on multiplayer it should be great. If they only add a co-op mode, I can only hope, I really miss co-op games.

Mechwarrior on DS sounds good, and you cant go wrong with Tetris DS, plus... Mario Basketball, if you dont mind me saying, "that game looks pimp"

I've always wondered if they were going to do a Mario basketball, the most interesting thing I suppose is that its going to be developed by none other than squaresoft.

Oh Quake, yea I used to play that all the time 8)
I used to play on Mplayer as well. I was fairly good back in the day.

My name was original back in the quake days so it probably was me especially if the R and M were capped. What was your Quake name? nice to hear from someone back in the quake days again. Nowadays its all about CSS for me.

And yes I fully beleive in the DS's features bringing new gameplay to the table, sure its not some 3d visor, but in this day and age its far and away innovative, since most competing companies wouldent takes such risks (as shown by all the naysayers to the DS's success).

Also Nintendo themselves stated they are specifically aiming the Revolution at genres like FPS's, seeing how popular the genre is in north america. I personally wouldent be to worried about lack of FPS games on the Revolution.

Yes, it had the R M, it's the only reason I was inclined to ask.

I honestly can't remember my Quake name at the time, it might have been Hikaru or DickGozinya, but I do remember you, that's for sure.

We were running the map, and pretty much running into eachother during juice patterns. I hadn't seen anyone with a juice patterns, so you stuck out as a challenging opponent.

At one point, I believe our focus turned to taking out campers at the rocket and quad damage in a sort of unspoken truce.

God I miss that game. I myself no longer FPS, but RTS. As I get older and my twitch reactions decline, I'm relieved to find that my eye for strategy only gets better.
