I meant that the gamecube has very few, if any upcoming or recent releases. I don't deny that they will have some new games for the new system, but I would like to point out that they have had very few games since release. I mean, there were a number of good games for gamecube, but overall, gamecube has been boring for at least the last six months.

Redrum: PS2 owners got RE4 along with surround sound and lots of cool extras. Worth the wait.

I'm looking forward to Zelda, but I'm ready to be disappointed. Difficult to get one's hopes up when the game is as late as it is. I half wonder if they delayed the game because it is a far more compelling launch title for the Revolution than any of the Revolution games. Red Steel looks like it will be fun; hopefully it'll have great gameplay and not just rely on a controller gimick.

I hope the Revolution succeeds. The low price point will make it more accessible to young kids and casual gamers. More importantly, it will pressure MS and Sony into lowering the prices of their systems.

At this point, I'm cautiously optimistic.
