Check from a commmand prompt as well... sometimes windows doesn't like to find some of my drives, but when I pull up cmd and start typing in drive letters, they're recognized instantly.

Try some of the Acronis software. I bought a pack of their stuff a couple of years ago and the disk manager is very good. I still use the backup software.
Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."

Using acronis, I was able to find the disk however, it says that it is unformatted. Is there some way for me to format it now using Acronis? Using any of the other methods to discover it, I got nothing.
