Hey guys, It's been a long time since I stopped in here. How are you all doing these days? I'm in my third year of college...going for I.T. Security...it's pretty interesting, especially information forensics and biometrics and such.

Anyway, I was wondering if any of you guys do any blogging? I started a tech blog back in September.... So far I don't have much of a readership, but I'm trying. If any of you guys blog, post the links here so I can check them out. :-)

I haven't posted here in a long time. Can't believe I first posted almost 7 years ago, dang. It was probably in Paul's Library Girl thread...wonder how he's doing...

At the spur of the moment I decided to start a blog. I guess the main reason for that is I'm experiencing a vacuum when it comes to my online life. PocketMatrix was always a major outlet for my writing. 5000 posts is a respective amount, especially considering that most of my posts had a decent amount of meat to them. I've gone through a few spells of contributing to Wikipedia. However I believe I've finally reached a permanent state of disillusionment with the "encyclopedia", which will result in only token future contributions on my part.

So, finding myself well opinionated and marginally adept at writing, I decided to start a blog to write about whatever tickles my fancy. So it is not a tech blog, or even a software development blog, but a selfish blog meant for me. I will probably update fairly often, because I find worthwhile topics jumping out at me on a pretty regular basis.

As far as readership goes, I don't even know what to expect. I'm sure that having a blog that is not topical certainly doesn't help. I guess I expect that individual entries might garner some recognition, as opposed to people subscribing to and reading what I have to say regularly.

I'll probably cheat every now and then. Like maybe whip up a new Pocket Quake build and announce it through my blog.

I've only got a handful of entries so far, which are as unrelated and disjointed from one another as possible.

I've set up a subdomain, which really should've taken affect by now but still doesn't work for me:

I'll probably have to have Chris check into the subdomain issue.

I miss the internet. :)

Too bad forums aren't cool anymore.

Forums are cool. PocketPC is not. Maybe the HTC Touch Pro Diamond MONSTER KILL will start to reverse the trend?

Or more likely they'll release a device with a 640x480 screen with an OS that uses pixel doubling.
