I'm here! If you are sending email to the original DEXplor email address (firstname.lastname@example.org
) then I am not receiving those. Only email to email@example.com
is working. The dex-plor.com accounts were getting spammed and wormed to the point I could not keep up (several hundred emails a day). Chris and I attempted to set something up to handle it, but currently dex-plor.com email is completely down.
I hope to, in the very near future, set up a web-based support system. It will automatically handle things like registration key generation, and forward other support issues directly to me. This spam / worm issue has gotten terribly bad, so I have to come up with some way of handling support that is not email based.
