AAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! MY 716 freezes every time I try to get on a forum page!!!!!!! It is just taking so long to resize everything that it like gives up and decides to freeze. Please make PPC forums again.

I really like the new design Chris! Great Job!
And I won't start about the left bar, since I think you get the picture by every body else's complaints . Personally I think that if it's a bit smaller then it wouldn't be so bad, but now it kinda feels like this site is designed for 1600x1200 or something .

Yeah, today I'll be working on a mobile template for the *site*. So you'll be able to visit the *site* on your Pocket PC, including forums, and everything else.

I'll make sure the thread overview is fixed soon too. It used to work in beta, but now it's not .

The text was so much easier to read.
The right ad looks like its not part of the window, like another ie window behind it showing a small fragment of something. messing the scrollbar usage too big time.
Nothing to say about the left menu, no problem with that as it helps the site to go beyond just forums.

I like the iniciative to redesign and all, but I think most things from the old design could have been adapted instead of changed.

Glad to hear it. I love to visit PM on my TH55 - the old design was actually pretty good, seeing as how there weren't any big banners or frames.

I really hate this, seriously.
There should be a way to edit your own style in the forum, PM2 ruled a lot.

Overall it's a nice change, and the text is easier to read, but I have a few gripes.

The ProPortable banner on the side is about 5cm wide

the left side looks all very... cluttered. Maybe putting it on the right side?

I have to scroll around, even in a 1154x867 or whatever resolution.

Make the user cp up there stand out more, maybe enclosed in it's own neat little oval-shaped bar?

All the text is the same Arial... It makes me overlook some things. Maybe bold some more important things, like the User CP...

Okay I'm done for now, I will point something out if I find it.

BTW, all new site but the same old emoticons? Noooo!

I agree with Chad about the right (very small) banner (although it definatly not is 5CM wide ). Maybe if that one is removed and maybe placed somewhere else the overall design will be much clearer and particuraly less 'busy'.

I also like the left part a lot, since it's displaying that PM is so much more then just a forum .

Also, I really like that top part of the page where those 2 links (You have no new messages | Log out [ Miracle ]) are standing!
And yes, it should be a bit easier to read if the forum's menu is highlighted some more. (plus, those two links are displayed here to, including 'register', wich is kinda pointless .

Keep up the great work Chris! It doesn't matter what anybody says, I like your design, and ofcourse it can use some tweaking here and there, but hey, everything has that .

That bar on the left is really driving me crazy by now. I have to maximize my browser window just to read the forums, which is something I usually don't do cause I have so much open.
