Palm GapiDraw and ARMlet / PNOlets?

Palm GapiDraw and ARMlet / PNOlets?

This may be a totally ignorant question. I have done lots of Palm dev but nothing heavy in the graphics side of things and i have never (until now) had the need to go the native route (ARMlets). The question is: can GapiDraw be used from ARMlets?
