Looking for new headphones...

Looking for new headphones...

Postby Miracle » May 2, 2006 @ 12:24pm

I've been thinking about getting new headphones for a while now. Last year I bought the , but as they have an 'open' design, I can't take those with me (since my surroundings will hear everything I play).

Somebody pointed me to the direction of the , but I'd like to know what you guys recommend. It's mainly for listening to my iPod when I'm travelling (like the daily commute), and for when I'm actually at work. Since I listen to my music all day while at work, it should be a pair of headphones that are nice to wear. I don't want to go home with a bad headache every day ;).

Quality of the sounds should --of course-- be good, so that when I have a very, err, classical mood, I can put on some Sympathy for Lady Vengeance music ;).

Thanks in advance!

Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."

Maybe he takes a train. Can't people in European countries use public transportation without shame?

Yes, but in the UK you'd do anything to avoid it. Our public transport sucks.

It's twice as good as the American public transportation. Four times as clean, too.

I wish I could travel by train. As it stands, my commute is more than an hour and I wish I could use that time to read more books or work on my laptop. :( I suppose audiobooks and lectures work well enough when driving.

Yeah, I love going to work/home by bus/train. I'ts about an hour of traveling (so two hours a day), which leaves me with enough time to listen to some music, or watch a TV show or something on my Sony. Oh the wonders of portability ;).
