I use www.memebot.com for a no bs free webhost. they dont really have any features, but for free i dont really expect any. I just use it for sharing screenshots and such from my programming projects with my peers.

I'm sure there are more feature rich free webhosts...I had one (php/mysql) free for a few years until the company went out of business (go figure lol), but memebot is cool if you just need basic html or pic hosting.
