help: strange problem with new CF expansion pack plus

Just for the record, my iPAQ 3630 with dual PCMCIA (double-battery) has been exhibiting the same behaviour - the extra battery is over 50% charged, but the iPAQ itself drops to 10% and goes sleepy-byes

(Could be a ROM issue - I'm using PPC2000 with the 1.87 ROM, IIRC).

I know the Plus expansion packs act strange like that, can't help anymore than that.

I carry one around everywhere I go. I use 1800mh NiMH batteries, and I get about 4 full charges on my iPAQ each charge of them.
