It's most likely a file Toshiba forgot to remove when they were developing the e740. Notice it says ASI for Accelent Systems Inc.

~Yes walker, very good, it's only on the XScale toshibas. And to find out that it switches between 400mhz and 200, wow, you're quite the young detective.

Anywho, anon, where do you see ASI at?
