gx.dll error message

when you try to play this games or run this exe in an HPC made for the european market it end in an error message.

PocketSNES
PocketQUAKE
HPC DOOM
PocketSX
Snail

Is there any fixed gx.dll to avoid this problem.

the error happens mainly in e710s and somebody has told me that "It is because the video memory address changes every time you soft reset your Jornada 710. The 720 does not suffer from this problem."

I there any solution for this case.
