gameboy advance roms on ppc's

Yep. While the A620 can probably just about emulate it at a decent speed, what's the point? You miss the two shoulder buttons, so playing some of the games would be very difficult [say, Duke Nukem Advance or Doom] If you want to play Game Boy games on PPC, better stick to GBC games - you can run these on fulll speed on most PPC's, even an Ipaq 1910 like I have.

Previously i couldnt run any GBA games on my old Ipaq but thanks to the Asus i can now play a fair few.

I only mainly play the Castlevania games on GBA and also Mario Kart. Mario Kart Advance works 100% with sound. Super Mario Advance is a bit too slow though to play, i dont overclock my device though.

A fair few games work well on GBA, many MAME games work 100% and also SNES and Genesis
