two 256MegaBit or 512Mega Bit Chip will not cost so much Money. change the two "old" SD-Ram to two new 256MB or 512MB SD-Ram Chips

MegaBit? Anyhoo, you probably could do what Luciano suggests, supposing it was internal and ran to the dc-in pin on the card...assuming there is one...which there must be...right? I will go and poke-about now to find a spec.
