cannot delete this MP3 from CF memory

I'm getting this error that says cannot delete " Jay Z song"  since it is already in use or has a copyright protection. Anyone know how to get around this or..

restart the ppc - it must still be open in media player or something

or use a CF reader to do it from a desktop machine.

I think restarting is simpler.

I've restarted the pocketPC a few times and I get the same error. Also i tried deleting from the desktop and i get the same error. I'm thinking the Mp3 couldn't be copyright protected since i was able  to download it and put it on the pocketpc in the first place ,but i wasn't able to play the Mp3 once it was on the PocketPC.

cant you take everything off the card then wipe it through your ppc using that app they had on pocketpcthoughts one time?

Try this: restart, rename the file, then restart again and then try to delete it through the PC. It works for .dll, maybe it'll work out for you.

Luc, what the hell are you doin' renaming and deleting .dlls?  YOU NUT! ;)

You know when you had it with an app that's not doing what it was supposed to do and you finally delete the bloody thing? In this case, usually comes the msg "this stupid file could not be deleted because it may be in use". That's when you start renameing .ddl.<br>;)

Problem has been solved guys, i went to memory "stop all" and i was able to delete the mp3. Thanks a ton for the support.
