I tried that option of putting my e740
in a larger case for ease of slip in/out.
That's exactly what it did. Slip out.
Quick trip to the concrete floor and
a handy dandy hard reset.
Sooo. Make it fit tight and good.
And to whoever had that case that you
had to pull out the pda to use it....
