Vitamin D can be gotten from many things. Drink an "Instant Breakfast Milkshake" in the morning, that will give you tons of calcium, plus lots of other vitamins and minerals.

And be sure to stretch after your workout! The cool down is the most important phase. That's when the muscles stretch and increase their size! If you don't do that you'll get strength without the look.

Get ready to rumble Paul... Why do you want your PPC to vibrate anyway? Looking for some pleasure that bad? You really need a girl. (just kidding)

Ya, I took weight lifting at highschool my freshmen year and have been working out ever since. I got really strong in that class, and it was just so much fun lifting weights for an hour and a half, really. I'd take the class again, but I can't if I'm going to graduate this year.

Anatomy and Physical Education are strange classes? Then you should take our Driver's Education. None of the kids pass, but they still get their driver's liscence.

Ya, there's weight lifting beginner, int, and adv. We do have some weird classes to make us culturally adept, or something like that.

In drivers ed, we watch TV. when we drive, the teach reads a book and says good job occasionally. If you make him spill his coffee he makes you switch the driver's seat with another kid in the car (no points marked down either). And if a cop pulls you over, he takes care of it, because it's a learning class.

I hate it. Most of the other kids are high or drunk in the class. I'm glad I already knew someone else in the class so I could drive with him instead of the drunkards and low lives.

To drive? When do you brits get a liscence? Is it 18, like in Germany? You're going to be some cool guy to date when you can't drive them girls anywhere.
