My recommendation is to go with either the iPaq 38xx or Cassiopeia E-200. I think the HP Jornada sucks compared to those two. If you are on a budget, there is always the Audivox Maestro (a.k.a Toshiba e-570). It's only $300 bucks and has pretty much all the same basic specs as all other PPC02 devices plus like the Casio E-200, it has both CF and MMC slots. The Casio still rules in most of the graphic capabilities according to the benchmarks at www.pocketnow.com
Actually, we could use a micro-nucular reactor in it. Last I heard they could make one that fit in a notebook. Maybe now there is one that could fit in a PPC.
*Starts up nucular powered PPC. Begins to glow. Explodes taking out 100 city blocks*
If you wait, sometime this month Fujitsu, is supposed to release the Pocket LOOX. This baby is packing a whoping 400MHz XSCALE (it runs ARM apps) processor! But if you can't wait, then get a Toshiba e310! This little device runs Pocket PC 2002 OS, is ARM powered (200MHz), and weighs under 5 ounces! It's the smallest PPC on the market.
yes, well... it's more realistic than a "nucular reactor," as cold fusion is unrealistic, and many times more possible than that device with ludicrous numbers and meaningless drivle.
