Alright, so while they may not be compatible now, they will be in the future... Ok, well, I guess that works well enough. Until it's all done, though, I'm stuck with using the PS1 RPG Maker in FPSEce. But hey, it gets the job done.

@ karados : dont know yet, sony erricsson phones works great but i dont have any other devices to test =(

i will probably not release any more public betas till the final release - but i will release some small demo games soon for pocket pc and java phones.

So, wait, can we play computer rpgmaker2000 games with this program? I mean to say, copy the files of an rpgmaker2000 game and play it right on your device?

no you cant.
even if the engine itself ,scripting and resources are simular , pocket rpg maker is too limited to convert original rpg maker maps/database.

think of it as a rpg maker light with games running on any .net device (pc,pocketpc,smartphone) and any java (midp2) device (phones)
