WTF IM GETTING 60FPS ON POCKET SNES

The fps counter SAYS I get 20 fps, but I GET 5 fps.

In fact, if I move the frameskip slider to 0, it gives me 60/60, just like in sushi's screenshots. Thus, the fps counter is NOT an fps counter, but displays how many frames (out of the 60 possible) are shown.

So ironchef is NOT getting 60 fps.

Umm . The thing is though it's not even that im getting 60/60 its that it's feels like im getting at lest 25 fps. Well ill see if i can borrow a camera or something but i dont think i can. Well any one who has a hp ipaq 1910 do this -
overclock to 333mhz 150mhz bus
go to pocket snes load rom
adjust settings while playing i got 60/60 on 1 frame per skip but i would try 4-1 frame per skip. Then start playing. Im telling you guys its a very very playable speed. But im starting to get a little worried that changing it to 333mhz and 150mhz bus is pretty unsafe

. I say this because i played super mario for like 2 mins maybe not even that , and then i turned off the overclock and quit out of all programs. Then i turned on spawn and it was running at like 2 fps. The loading screen took 2 mins to load. So i did a soft reset and every thing went back to its normal speed. So i tried playing pocket snes at 300mhz and its not as good as before but its playable. About 20 fps when before i was getting like 30. Ok good luck happy gaming.
