I was told that the new version could avoid some of the problems with the upgrade.

And speaking of the upgrade, what happened? What is all the comotion about? PocketPassion even put out a ballot about people having or not having problems with it. What's the story?

People are morons that don't know how to take necessary precautions regarding the upgrade of their ROM. That's all.

And Mr. James, would you be kind enough to iluminate me so that I don't do the same dumbass mistakes the other morons do while trying to upgrade their iPAQ's ROM?

Doing anything while trying to upgrade the ROM, like running a programming, using the PPC or the desktop, disconnecting the PPC. Just precautions, like you had to take in the early days of CDRs so that the buffer didn't over or under run.

Comon, these are the reasons the upgrade didn't work? You gotta be kidding. Just that? No program version conflicts, transfer rate problems, registry problems, no nothing?
