Great ideas, really! Let's reform PocketMatrix - or should we call it a revolution?
I think people'd like to watch movie-trailers (like the ice-age thing) on their pocketpcs. maybe short films and stuff. funny commercials (wazzzup???) and maybe (is that legal?) music videos.
I could write some graphic how-tos like the todayscreen stuff. I think Chuck has become pretty familar with dashboard (and skinning it - he helped me a lot with my skin).
I'll work even harder on the new site. We can do it! Screw Brighthand and stuff, PM is the way to go.
WOOHOO!!!
-Shape

Oh yeah, about the How-tos:
would be cool if somebody did an app that would contain every howto that's on PM. We'll have to optimize the pics, but it would be great to have a mobile knowledge database with you!
hmmm - what about a pic and a non-pic version?
-shape

Shape, Jong said he is going to do a Today tutorial too. Talk with him and you guys could do a "joint venture" on it.

Shape, that app with all the howtos in it sounds like a great idea. I am still curious what all of you think about that news thing with PocketPCThoughts?

You can encode 10 second music video clips, but not the entire thing, unless we get permission. That's too bad too, but we should try and get permission. And email Warner Brothers, I don't think they'd mind if we encoded a classic Bugs Bunny or RoadRunner episode for the PocketPC, as long as it's low quality, like 3 MBs total (if that's even possible). We could even try and 'team-up' with PocketTV.com and get a coalition going (no, I don't know what the word means. But I think I used it correctly). This would make our case to WarnerBrothers and Sony Music even better, as we could be a semi-official distributor for them.

I have more ideas, but I forgot them right now.

And just for Paul, let's encode the full Enterprise commercial, the 30 second long spot.
